According to the Law on Fire Prevention and Fighting , all business entities operating in Vietnam have to set up and train grassroots fire prevention and fighting teams. The Provincial Department of Fire Prevention and Fighting Police will inspect your business either regularly or randomly. If your work place and work practices do not comply with the standards on fire fighting and prevention, you may be required to pay a fine that ranges from VND 50,000 to VND 5,000,000.
